Good workshop. Bias is more common than one might think. The training gives a good picture of various prejudices that surround us on a daily basis. On the basis of practical examples, the participants are trained to deal with situations adequately. This course has changed my and my colleagues' perspective on D&I and we will be more aware and aware of prejudice after this training!
